Heidi, you truly were in paradise! What breathtaking scenery and, while I don’t see myself in an outdoor shower and using a compost toilet, you lived as a part of that beautiful place. Loved it!

Thank you for sharing. I lived in Hawaii for 3 years. It was the beginning of my return to God. The pace of the state is seriously slower.

What a wonderful trip–and post. I regret that I’ve never made it to Hana. I adore the ahower! We had a primitive cottage on the north shore when we went to celebrate my son’s 25th on the island where he was born. Malala.
