My daughter Lauren went to Seabury with you. She shared your Roommates story with me. I have been visiting a local nursing home on Sunday afternoons for 25 years. What a joy this has been. I bring the outside world to them and they give of their hearts and souls to me. We are both blessed. We have so much to learn from others’ life experiences. Many are bedridden and can’t reciprocate when visitors bring treats and flowers. I ask them to pray for friends who are sick or troubled or in need; they are pleased to be able to serve in this way. Keep up your ministry as you are making a difference in your part of the world.
